The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

• Name, title, email address, mobile phone number, address (where given)

• Credit/debit card details (where given)

• Any other information you may give us about yourself

How we obtain the information and how we use it

The information we collect is given to us by you because you are booking one of our Private or Bespoke Walks, and it is necessary to plan and run the walk you are booking. We use it only for the purposes for which it was collected and it is accessible only to the organisers of London Cultural Walks. Beyond this we will never share your personal information with any third party.

How we store your information

All of the information that we collect is securely stored in password protected digital media. Credit/debit card information is deleted immediately after it has been used for payment. We keep the rest of your information up until your walk has been completed.

Your consent

We collect your personal information because this is essential to the management of the particular walk in which you are participating. To this extent, by giving us this information, you have agreed to our use of this as set out above. You have the right at any time to ask us to show you what personal information of yours we are holding

Where our storage and use of your information is subject to your consent, you have the right at any time to inform us that you wish to withdraw that consent and we will then delete this information from our storage media

Review of our processes

We will review annually what personal information we collect, and how we store and use it, to make sure that we are only collecting the information that we need for our operation and activities and that our processes are in keeping with legal requirements and best practice

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal information, you can raise this with us using our contact details on the Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period. You can also complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how we have used your information:
