Pre-booking for Walks

All our Walks must be pre-booked

Cancellation charges

If you cancel the walk 7 days or less prior to the day of the Walk, 50% of the cost is payable

If you cancel the walk 3 days or less prior to the day of the Walk, 100% of the cost is payable

Should you wish to cancel, we will always be happy to book you on another walk or rebook a date and time

If we cancel the Walk due to extenuating circumstances (for example, illness) then a full refund will be made

Late for a Walk

If you expect to be late for a Walk you should call or text us immediately on our mobile. If you are more than 20 minutes late the Walk will be cancelled and there will be no refund.

Weather conditions

Walks take place in all weathers, so please look at the weather forecast and dress accordingly

Your safety

You are responsible for your own personal safety on a Walk. London is a very busy city, so you should pay particular attention when crossing roads, be aware of cycle lanes (increasing in number these days), and bear in mind that bicycles and skateboards often approach silently
